• Access and Parking: You must ensure that the moving truck has access to your property, including parking space for the vehicle, on the day of the move. You are responsible for any parking or permit fees that may apply.

• Inventory List: You are encouraged to provide a complete inventory list of the items being moved. While we will take every precaution to ensure the safety of your items, we are not responsible for any items not listed or clearly identified in the inventory.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your move at any time, but cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee. The fee will be based on the services scheduled and the notice given.

• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your move, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling within 24-48 hours of your scheduled move may incur a fee.

• Weather or Other Delays: Palm Beach FL Movers will not be held responsible for delays due to weather conditions, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. If delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.

6. Liability and Insurance

• Liability for Damage: While Palm Beach FL Movers takes all necessary precautions to prevent damage, we are not responsible for damages caused by factors outside our control, such as pre-existing damage, improper packing, or acts of nature.
